Georgia offensive tackle Andrew Thomas has announced that he declared for the 2020 NFL Draft, and that’s fantastic news for teams looking for a franchise left tackle.
Essentially since the Summer, Thomas has been tabbed as the potential “OT1” in the entire class, putting him in the mix for a top-5 selection. Thomas didn’t disappoint on the field this season, living up to the hype and solidifying himself as an elite prospect.
On top of declaring for the 2020 NFL Draft, Thomas will skip the Sugar Bowl against Baylor, meaning that he’ll start draft prep right away. Expect him to have an excellent showing at the NFL Scouting Combine and be discussed as an option for teams at the top of the draft.
